A former lobster fisherman and fishing boat captain, Jim founded Aqua Bliss Charters, growing from one Grady White to a fleet of four boats for day charters and a Contender for travel between Nassau, Exuma, and other out islands.

Jim’s extensive knowledge of Bahamian waters and the history of Spanish Wells allows him to create unique experiences for every group. As a descendant of the Eleutheran Adventurers, he proudly shares his Bahamian heritage. Sweet Addictions Cakery
Shelley Higs of Sweet Addictions Cakery makes the most beautiful, creative special occasion cakes and cupcakes. She also happens to be a sweet, beautiful person and fun to work with! If you are celebrating a birthday, wedding, bachelorette party or any type of shower you really should check her out on facebook to see examples of what she can do for you.
I will say that not only are her baked goods beautiful they are very tasty as well. My favorite is her yellow cake with chocolate buttercream frosting and a raspberry jam filling but I have had many pieces of different types of cake and I would not be mad at choosing any one of them.
Please give Shelley a call on WhatsApp to talk to her about your needs and to order your cake or cupcakes as far ahead of time as you can. Once her schedule for a particular week is full, she is unable to accommodate any new orders.
